Financial Aid Status

Students should check their financial aid status in late July for notice of their official financial aid offer. We encourage families to have conversations on topics such as budgeting, loan borrowing, and student employment.

Billing and Payment

A few days after classes begin, billing emails are sent to students and individuals with parent/guest access. Students are billed for one semester of charges; the bill is due in full by mid-September, or students can opt into the payment plan and pay in three installments for a nominal fee.

Direct Deposit

Students should set up direct deposit for their student employment paychecks and for any financial aid funds that exceed the charges on their student account.

Parent/Guest Access

If students would like parents or guests to be able to pay their bills or view information about their student accounts, financial aid, grades, class schedule, or holds, they will need to grant access.
